How to take your measurements
1 = SHOULDER TO SHOULDER:
With arms straight down at sides, measure horizontally across the back from one side of the tip of the shoulder to the other side

2 = BUST/ CHEST:
With arms relaxed down at sides, measure around the fullest part of bust/ chest, under the arms and straight across back, Do not inflate your chest

3 = WAIST:
Measure around the smallest part of your torso, keep your measuring tape comfortably loose (Should be somewhere below the ribcage and above the belly button)
4 = HIPS:
Stand with the heels together. Measure around the fullest part of the hips whilst keeping the tape level

5 = BICEP:
Measure the circumference of the widest point of your relaxed upper arm

6 = SHOULDER TO WRIST:
Bend your elbow at 90 degree angle, fingers pointing ahead, have someone measure from outside shoulder point, around your elbow and to 2cm past your wrist bone

7 = INSIDE ARM:
Place the end of the measuring tape high in the armpit and measure down to the wrist bone

8 = NAPE TO UNDER BOTTOM:
Measure vertically from the base of your neck (back) to under the bottom (NOT following your body contours)

9 = WAIST TO FLOOR:
Locate the height of your waist, and measure how high it is from the floor. It is often easiest to measure at the side of your body.

10 = INLEG LENGTH:
Standing up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart, measure from top of inside leg (at crotch) to your ankle bone

11 = NECK LENGTH:
Wrap the measuring tape around the neck; about 2cm from the meeting of your neck and shoulders. This may also coincide with the bottom of your Adam's apple.
